GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

• All prices are in Euros, excl. 20% VAT. No VAT is charged outside Austria if the VAT ident. no. is produced.
• All menus produced by us are hand-made,
  which means that minor deviations in size are possible. Printing colour differences are also possible.
• Delivery following written order confirmation and release of the logo approx. 3-4 weeks.
• Dispatch exclusively on a COD basis (inland) – 3% discount or payment in advance (abroad) ex works.

Deliveries to non-EU countries exclusively ex works and by means of payment in advance, ex works

• Orders are not put into production until the written confirmation is received.
• If an order is cancelled a one-off cancellation fee of 30% of the order value will be charged for graphic work or production work already carried out.
• Place of fulfilment is the registered office of the company.
• The court in the location of the registered office of the company is solely competent to settle legal disputes.
• All products shall remain our property until fully paid for!
• Austrian law is applicable and Austrian jurisdiction is agreed.
• The terms of business set out, with reservation as to proprietary rights, have been read and accepted!
